First and foremost on the plate, with the tastes and flavors of authentic traditional cuisine to be savored in the restaurant's warm dining room or on the outdoor terrace. Chef and owner Gérard, a lifelong cook, conveys his generosity with home-cooked, freshly-prepared dishes that take us back to our childhood memories: Alsatian sauerkraut, liver quenelles, pot-au-feu, lamb mice, bouchées à la reine, beef stew... A selection of wines from an Alsatian PDO winegrower accompanies this convivial, sincere cuisine. Every weekend, you can discover a local speciality or one from elsewhere, depending on the market and the season, in the form of suggestions. And true to his desire to surprise, entertain and delight, he regularly offers themed evenings announced on his Facebook page: food pairings, music and a great atmosphere guaranteed!
