This very pretty dairy in the heart of the Champsaur region offers a moment of great authenticity, with a superb view from the terrace. While the main activity of the house is obviously cheese production (since 1935!), it also offers a small traditional table, with obviously mountain and cheese specialties. You'll enjoy charcuterie and cheese boards, of course, as well as camembert fondue, boîte chaude à la truffe, oreilles d'âne, tartiflette, gratin de ravioles aux morilles, fondues, raclettes... Menus from €40 to €60.
