Set amidst the waters of the lagoon, this Mediterranean restaurant is a first-rate choice in the area, for the gentleness of the surroundings, the pleasure of a never-ending summer, and Frédéric Bacquié's cuisine that highlights the riches of the sea and seasonal produce. The atmosphere is sometimes a little lacking in calm, but the cuisine demonstrates real savoir-faire, which the chef applies to menus ranging from €55 to €150.
