Gault&Millau's review2026
A change of dimension for Eric and Fanny Georget, who have renamed their hostellerie after the famous Japanese barbecue, now the star of the show, with selected meats, honey-and-spice roast duck breast, matured Norman sirloin steak, Angus flank steak and wagyu sirloin steak at €75. In addition to the simple lunch menu at €38 - not cheap for a small choice - there remains a menu of a few advanced dishes that made less of an impression on us than in previous seasons: small scallops on brick leaf, shiitake and bellota, before the duo of monkfish and oysters with a slightly runny creamed coconut-turmeric sauce and the modest "double apple" dessert. The chef's savoir-faire remains, but today is probably less in evidence, and the cellar is small and classic.
