Gourmet Restaurant Jeune Talent 2021 Cédric Bruneau continues on his path, right in his boots and not upsetting a recipe that works. His talent continues to be expressed in a spirit of locavore and ethics, good, fresh and seasonal food, which he presents on a weekly basis in two unbeatable menus at €21 and €38. The place reflects his cuisine, with its natural, logical decor, beautiful materials, simple lines and charming view of the Vilaine River. In the glass, a fine selection of natural wines and craft beers (Brasserie des Franches Montagnes, Jean-Claude Lapalu, Fabien Jouves, Brasserie Bendorf...). Food and beer pairings are also available.
