Gault&Millau's review 2026

A good option just a few minutes from Lorient, for its sober, well-kept decor and contemporary market cuisine. Menus are well-calibrated, from €26 for the daily menu to €48 for the tasting menu. The menus revisit the bistro style with precision, including gravlax-style marinated sardines, tomato confit tartar and zucchini gel with basil, pearly hake, glazed spring vegetables, razor clams in marinière and herb emulsion, a ballotine of free-range poultry, green lentils with fresh herbs, green asparagus, poultry jus and mustard emulsion. Good service.
