Ten minutes from Lorient, a good stopover in this lively little town. A traditional restaurant with a good chef who offers a safe cuisine, arranged in his own way and well updated. The €35 formula is interesting, but it's on the next menu, at €45, that we come across the local fishery with the noble fish of the day, with an emulsion of langoustine juice, after the oysters or foie gras, and before the Piña colada-style coconut pineapple dessert. The daily menu, at €25, is often a bargain.
