Gault&Millau's review 2025

Visiting this well-appointed, well-kept country house is always a great family outing. A big hit in summer with the various services and visits, the hotel, the grocery store, the permaculture gardens, the workshops, the spa... At table, quite sophisticated associations, elaborate cuisine, when one might perhaps seek the simplicity of the raw product: grilled octopus creamy cauliflower consommé of langoustine, pigeon fillet and leg in candy truffled potato croquettes, tarte tatin with caramelized apples vanilla ganache caramel beurre salé.
