Gault&Millau's review 2026

Justine and Alessio fell in love with this beautiful farmhouse on the wild coast 100 m from the beach at Pornic, and decided to share not only their love affair, but also their philosophy. The proof is in this "eco-domaine", which brings together 12 hectares of flower-filled parkland, a mini-farm, an organic vineyard and a huge permaculture vegetable garden, symbolizing the respect for nature that presides over the spirit of the place. The estate is home to 22 charming studios and apartments, as well as a 4-star eco-designed hotel-spa to enhance the range of accommodation on offer. The new establishment offers 43 light-filled rooms with bow windows or private balconies overlooking the lush gardens or the blue ocean.
