For those lucky enough (and lucky enough to have the means!) to visit the home of the legendary Patrick Duler, whose work as an evangelist for sustainable agriculture and gastronomy is remarkable, the moment will remain engraved in their memory forever. More than a meal, it's an experience at this former 15th-century farmhouse, where you can taste the immense ham made on site, truffles and foie gras, vegetables from the kitchen garden... Only in the evening, and on reservation.
