At the entrance to this hilltop village, La Bastide offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Luberon, its colors and fragrances. Jean-François Piège didn't want to turn his dedicated restaurant into a stuffy gastro where he would sing the songs of a false terroir in fancy dress. He remains true to the Clover spirit and his score of accuracy and homage, for recipes as well as products, through legible plates that his delegated team shapes with fidelity, highlighting grilling, vegetables and Provence: eggplant à la flamme, squid carbonara, daube avignonnaise, pasta with pistou..
