Chef's Restaurant It's a house of great character, set amidst the Pyrenean hills surrounding the spa town, facing Mount Canigou. The Guérard family home shines like an ode to nature, and chef Benoît Janet cultivates this predilection through a cuisine that is both elegant and rustic. An extensive €100 menu, where seasonal produce is brought to life in a variety of ways, and a tempting menu of dishes to share, as we like to do at Eugénie: croque cochon with parsley and mountain ache, grilled eggplant with summer truffle pine nut, duck with wild juniper berries..
