In the heart of the Beaujolais region, this remarkable complex, whose keep dates back to the 14th century, offers an absolutely exceptional setting for a hotel****, between vineyards, spa and numerous facilities. In the kitchen, Florian Choquet and Denis Cornet produce a menu that lives up to expectations, bourgeois and traditional, with noble and well-received products. Try the Charolles beef carpaccio, pommes boulangères and arugula, blue lobster, barbajuan des (pâtes) coudes and stuffed claws, crispy sweetbread with morels, creamy almond milk, apricot makis and honey ice cream. Cave de bonne escorte.
