In the kitchen, Florian Choquet and Denis Cornet produce a menu that lives up to expectations, bourgeois and traditional, with noble and well-received products. Try the Charolles beef carpaccio, pommes boulangères and arugula, blue lobster, barbajuan des (pâtes) coudes and stuffed claws, crispy sweetbread with morels, creamy almond milk, apricot makis and honey ice cream.
