Gault&Millau's review 2026

The cuisine, the attention to detail on the plate, in the atmosphere of a straw-hatted Provencal bistro, a little touristy, a little Saint-Rémois, but very pleasant all the same. The menu is both canaille and regional, with terrine de cochon au couteau, os à moelle or anchoïade, aïoli or gigot d'agneau des Alpilles. Simple, good-natured service, desserts in the same spirit (baba, mousse, clafoutis...), regional wine cellar.
