Good humor and a well-stocked slate of home-cooking dishes nourished by carefully sourced, modernized products: farmer's pork pâté, chorizo cream mushroom arancini, cassoulet with coconut beans, andouillette ficelle d'Argoat, monkfish with celery peanut and coriander purée. The service is smiling and dynamic, right through to the coffee tiramisu or profiteroles.
