Gourmet Restaurant It's a long-lasting success with local customers, who appreciate its well-designed old bistro look (stone, brick, wood and Thonet chairs) and its smart cuisine, which takes up the current refrains with a touch of originality and a keen eye for Asia: white asparagus with hazelnut butter, sobacha with grapefruit, confit pig's cheek with garlic cream and xo sauce, buckwheat flan with ginger caramel, while an off-the-beaten-track look at soft shell crab with satay condiment or lacquered pig sushi. The choice by the glass is slim, but you can opt for kombucha or house ginger beer.
