A modern-day fusion bistro, lively and assertive, where a noisy, relaxed atmosphere blends with the fragrances of a world-travelling cuisine. You'll come across a lot of bands, in a room with an industrial decor, where people come more for the energy of the place than for the charm. On the plate, the approach is straightforward: steamed ravioli with dashi, gnocchi of spiced Jerusalem artichokes cacio e pepe style, crispy caramelized chicken, Basque blood sausage with satay and piquillos, gourmet proposals in keeping with the fusion promise. The cellar, with its nature-oriented approach, offers a fine selection of wines by the glass.
