The Cyril Lignac stamp of approval, even if his media presence is probably not the same as it was 10 or 15 years ago, still seems to have an effect on the clientele of this rather chic German-Pratin brasserie. At the counter or on the banquettes arranged like alcoves, beef takes pride of place, cajoling big eaters with the "Aux Prés" cheeseburger or reassuring traditionalists with the steak au poivre or tournedos béarnaise. There's a choice of side dishes, including a few seafood dishes (lobster roll, black cod with miso, etc.), and the wine cellar offers a wide selection by the glass.
