The house is superb, Mélanie is a perfect hostess and sommelier, and Alexandre, as an astute chef, knows how to blend local produce with inventiveness: duck foie gras and zucchini jam, sole stuffed with herb butter, tournedos du Pays de Caux os à moelle Rossini, roast pigeon risotto reduction de cidre jus muscade... The €50 menu is always well-priced, with a wide choice of desserts (strawberry ravioli open eau de seltz with basil and lemon).
