Original Restaurant On the outskirts of Chalon, a popular stopover for business people and families alike. The house is welcoming and quiet, and the range of dishes is well placed, both in terms of price and variety, in keeping with tradition: snail profiteroles with Burgundy sauce, calf's head gribiche, beef plancha with Bresse blue cheese sauce. A good menu at €27, with friendly, attentive service.
