Jean-René Pelletier's cooking is cheerful and professional (the chef brings his own good humor and plates from time to time), Elise's service is just as efficient and smiling, and the price-pleasure ratio is favorable: with a good pâté en croûte, the stuffed poultry, in medallion, with yellow wine and butternut sauce, the apple frangipane puff pastry and pear sorbet, with taste and lightness. The famous madeleine is served with the coffee, and the cellar is well-balanced and quite interesting, but the choice by the glass is really limited for Muscadet, even though it is well represented in the catalog.
