A roadside Logis de France, a good stopover, with welcoming, smiling and generous service from both the owner and Élodie, who works hard in the dining room with great efficiency. A few fashion effects seem a little superfluous, but the foie gras itself is good, with a beetroot-apple chutney, and you're in for a treat with the garbure with duck confit or the high-quality duck breast, with a cocoa sauce and dried fruit crumble. A pleasant dessert with caramelized apples, in a menu that's on the move, but maintains its fundamentals around duck gras. Southwest Languedoc regional cellar at friendly prices.
