Gourmet Restaurant Cocktail bar and restaurant, this welcoming establishment has found its cruising speed in bringing together different clienteles. Particularly at lunchtime, when the €45 menu is more than just an extravaganza, with meticulously-prepared plates and carefully-chosen ingredients, while remaining very contemporary: mackerel gravlax leche de tigre strawberry coriander nori, trout with korma peas ajo blanco almonds yellow curry, pavlova kiwi cucumber crème montée shiso sorbet cucumber. Dinner offers a menu similar to this one and a Dégustation sept temps at €90.
