Gault&Millau's review2026
In the heart of the Place des Vosges, under the arcades and wedged between the gallery owners, the Pavillon de la Reine is home to Restaurant Anne, with its opulent wood-panelled dining room and, in fine weather, its tree-lined terrace. Tourists discover the gastronomic cuisine and savoir-faire of a great house. The calm of this enchanting setting is ideal for sampling the menus proposed by chef Thibault Sombardier. Lunch is available in two formulas: €79 and €89, the latter featuring a crudo of sea bass, followed by small whiting-lobster quenelles, vegetable minestrone, vol au vent of poultry, sweetbreads and foie gras, and a grapefruit composition. We also offer a vegetarian menu at €155 and a gourmet menu at €200. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the wine list is fairly classic, with high prices in keeping with the location.
