An affordable lunch menu, for a taste of this cozy comfort, and a more ambitious dinner menu, with a beautiful five-stage Terre-Mer menu, featuring a heart of smoked salmon, yellow beet and smoked milk with samphire oil, and poultry with chanterelle mushrooms and yellow wine.
