We were the first to highlight the work of Arthur Piart, a young chef inspired by his surroundings (the sea, Normandy) who is breathing new life into Fécamp’s culinary scene. His cuisine is straightforward, delightful, and infused with spices and Mediterranean notes: langoustines in their own bisque, fennel, and lemon balm oil; roasted monkfish with pimentón and bell pepper coulis, peach sorbet with almond praline and peach-infused almond cream—all for a full-course menu at €36. Another option is a surprise tasting menu for €52, featuring a fine selection of the chef’s personal wine choices.
