At the helm, Sébastian embodies the spirit of the place. While he offers classic cocktails, he also makes exceptional creations with complex secret recipes, such as his famous Peach Blossom, aptly named, the South Garden with its subtle hints of roses, or the London Eye, which marries gin with cinnamon, pear, Saint-Germain liqueur and rosemary. It's a pleasure to discover these unique recipes while savoring a homemade croque-monsieur or a platter of locally-produced charcuterie and/or cheeses! And, because Benjamin, the founder, thinks of everything, Alibi Bar has a wooden terrace overlooking the Brévent and a room with a decor as meticulous and contemporary as it is warm and intimate, with a wall of flowers setting the tempo.
