Gault&Millau's review 2025

At the foot of Mont Blanc, this prestigious hotel, a Relais & Châteaux member, has belonged to the Carrier family since its birth in 1903, with Pierre and his daughter Perrine now presiding over its destiny. The 35 rooms and suites are divided between different entities, nestled in a rustic garden with a stream running through the fruit trees. Depending on your mood, you can choose to stay in the original hotel with its contemporary style, La Ferme with its wooded decor, or the 2 independent chalets with their more confidential atmosphere. Spacious, bright and equipped with all modern comforts, these rooms offer a cosy retreat after a day on the slopes and a stopover at the wellness center, with its swimming pool, hammam, gym and treatment rooms. This generous, refined mountain lifestyle is reflected in chef Damien Leveau's cuisine, served in the old farmhouse-style dining room or on the terrace overlooking Mont Blanc.
