Chef's Restaurant The best winstub in Alsace? We're not far from it at Olivier Nasti's and his fiery annex, in the extension of the gastro, in this beautiful and good house of Chambard that he has raised to the firmament. The brasserie-winstub section is always full, and the coquettish dining room welcomes gourmets from all over, who have come to celebrate this pure, joyous Alsatian feast with simplicity, frankness and, above all, gourmandise. With all the standards also raised to the top (this sauerkraut!) a remarkable and attractive cellar in tariffs, a service of exemplary kindness. Enjoy without compromise, everything is affordable and recommendable, from foie gras to onion tart, from grilled calf's head to made-to-order baeckeoffe, not forgetting the wonderful desserts.
