Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from Béthune, a cheerful bistro in a red-brick house. Daniel, Hugues and Marine bring to life an elegant, relaxed and well-maintained place, where parquet flooring, velvet banquettes and painted wooden beams go hand in hand with convincing market cuisine: a sweetbread cassolette with seasonal mushrooms, a filet of turbot steamed with hollandaise sauce, Licques poultry marinated in lemon, a crêpe suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier. Market menu at €28.
