Chef's Restaurant Here's a sensitive young chef, a tall, smiling brunette who loves his job. With his two Bordeaux addresses, Sylvain Renzetti is a jack-of-all-trades who manages to move us, and above all, to tell us his story. The cream of "petit billy", a goat's cheese loved by children, or the "huitre-saucisse" risotto are undoubtedly expressions of these intimate, gourmet memories. That's what the Son' spirit is all about! A five-course stroll between land and sea, priced at €65. The starters are top-notch (peas and frosted verbena) despite a few repeats, such as the low-temperature julienne (once again with lemon verbena sauce), but the shredded monkfish liver and tamarind foam catapulted us to another destination at the last minute. Before leaving, the chef wants to give you his "red kiss": a fiery kiss with a redcurrant flowing heart. It's fashionable... but very graphic, in fact, the dome has been airbrushed, like the bumper of a beautiful American car. The wine list is well-constructed, the service friendly in this elegant black-and-white decor.
