Remarkable Restaurant The third toque he acquired last year has given Guillaume Guibet wings, and he offers guests in this attractive contemporary dining room, dominated by wood and leather and opening onto the garden, a refined XXL service, an ode to naturalness and inspiration based on high-caste produce. And while we're a little skeptical about the chef's "constant creativity", who avoids the pitfall of a menu by suggesting that the hidden menus are improvised, we can't help but bow before these meticulously-crafted plates, obviously thought out and worked on well before mealtime, and which reveal a talent that's always improving. From lunch at €58 (three courses) to the Prestige menu at €175 (seven courses), a succession of good news, gourmet delights and innovation, but also excellent technical foundations, to be verified for example with game dishes in autumn. A large wine cellar with 750 references to accompany your meal with the beverage of your choice.
