Remarkable Restaurant Julien Boscus's elegant cuisine, comfortably installed just a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, continues to delight. The table is beautiful, the noble products are out, and the young chef knows how to handle excellence with all the usual care and skill: superb morels, in a fine mousseline potato tartlet with wild garlic, morels creamed in yellow wine and Matayron black pork ham, sea bass poached in spicy gremolata pike roe with mounted verbena butter, mara des bois pain de Gênes with Madagascar vanilla chantilly and celery sorbet. Well-composed menus, including an attractive lunchtime option at €57, and a distinguished cellar with solid references.
