Remarkable Restaurant This is Nomicos, one of Paris's finest bourgeois kitchens, a sure-fire talent, comfort and 16th-century Bugeaud standing for a clientele that expects nothing less - in short, a great Parisian pleasure that never fails. It's also an opportunity to feast, once again, but here in an original version, on the famous truffle and foie gras macaroni that the chef invented a quarter of a century ago at the Grande Cascade, and which has since been repeated many times by others in Paris, before superb, impeccable dishes such as fillet of sea bass steamed with black truffles, cooked to perfection with artichoke peppers and basil cream, or fillet of beef and foie gras lightly smoked with beech wood, taking advantage of the last truffles of the winter season... And don't forget dessert, with Grand Cru chocolate tart with cocoa sorbet or apple rosette. An impressive and serious cellar, with great vintages and recognized references.
