Chef's Restaurant This is one of the region's finest 4* hotels, set on the banks of the Dronne opposite the village of Brantôme, the "Venice of Périgord". Between history and nature, chef Frédéric Murati accompanies this unique setting with well-calibrated gourmet cuisine, available on menus ranging from €85 to €145. On the menu, for example, a starter of langoustines and foie gras, cardamom, sea urchin butter and artichoke, a line-caught sea bass, Périgord black truffle, celery risotto and local walnuts, a fillet of pigeon, smoked eel, green asparagus and yuzu freshness, thighs in ravioli and broth. Good service.
