Chef's Restaurant It's impossible to pass through Ciboure without visiting Michel and Céline Niquet, ambassadors of the region for over fifty years. Their Basque house in the heart of the village is a testament to times gone by and local traditions, a place of history and passion, to which we return for the same pleasures, a menu that never changes and of which we never tire. Admire the txangurro cassolette, black pudding and cod accras, roasted langoustines, herb fromage blanc, the unmissable ttoro, pireneika entrecôte, rice pudding and grilled rice ice cream. Well-stocked cellar.
