One of the borough's most curious and sought-after houses, hidden behind this wide cargo door, where chef Sota Atsumi works and performs like an artist. The guesthouse is a place apart, with its large central table and stage-like open kitchen, where a meticulous and inspired Japanese score is played out before a privileged few. Reservations required for two menus at €85 and €145, plus a fine selection of wines.
