Chef's Restaurant Michel Sarran's festive table never gets cold! Always lively, always caliente, on the sixth floor of Galeries Lafayette, with its terrace overlooking the pink city, it's Toulouse over the top! And the on-site team is remarkably efficient at orchestrating the moment: a cocktail, a glass of wine, the music, the local youth, everything contributes to a good time, right down to the plate: to share, acras, Rioja ham, poultry bao, beef tataki, before the fine grills, sea bass with mibrasa, braised Argentine entrecôte, roast duck breast with tarbais creamy shallots... The prices are those of an ordinary brasserie, but the well-crafted desserts and the fine Bordeaux-Southwest Languedoc cellar add to the appeal.
