Remarkable Restaurant The site is magical, in the heart of the vineyards of Trolong Mondot, a magnificent château perched on a small hillock on the heights of Saint-Émilion. Everything is there, nothing is missing, from the luminous Bordeaux stonework to the panoramic view from the dining room overlooking the vineyards. Fresh, sober and sensitive, David Charrier's cuisine perfectly matches the spirit of these discreetly luxurious surroundings, magnifying vegetables from the kitchen garden and the region's finest produce in well-structured menus. Fine desserts by Adrien Salavert, and a complete wine cellar with wines from the estate.
