Chef's Restaurant This is a fine downtown address, with a chic bistro atmosphere and setting, friendly service in keeping with the times, close without being familiar, and efficient in every way. The hidden menus don't leave much choice, so the plate is more easily mastered, with a three-course menu for €40: leek with egg vinaigrette, pear textures, dried king rose, roast poultry, squash textures, wild mushroom ravioli (sheep's trotter and chanterelle), supreme sauce with Tours garum, apple and quince elegantly presented with honey cream. Nice local wine list (La Taille aux Loups, La Grange Tiphaine, Bonnigal Bodet), as well as some classic labels from the major regions. 2 toques this year.
