Remarkable Restaurant You have to appreciate the charm of this ultra-marine room, with its church-like ogival windows, overlooking the port and the distant Isle of Batz, a resolutely Breton landscape that heralds the ideas of chef Loïc Le Bail. The gastronomic table at the 4* Britanny Hotel offers a prolongation of this timeless moment, where the plates pay homage to the Pays de Léon, a Roscoff crab, emulsified carcass juice, figs, Jerusalem artichokes and walnuts, a duck foie gras, bottarga and artichoke, a sea bass, cauliflower, gros lait, blackberry and chestnut, kig ar farz of lobster and emulsified lipig, poultry from the Kergo pasture, yellow wine, PDO egg and onion condiment from the Quémener farm, grapes and mussels, calf sweetbread, artichoke, chanterelle mushrooms, carrot and ginger, a fine version of kouign-amann, quetsche and shiso.
