Remarkable Restaurant The sweetness of life in the Pays de Cocagne, a charming dwelling cut off from the rest of the world for a deliciously gourmet countryside getaway. The setting is stylish, the table elegant, and for the past twenty years, chef Vincent Arnould has been defending this art of living, which cannot do without truffles and foie gras. His menus follow the seasons with skill and precision: foie gras mi-cuit au vin de noix compotée de fruits secs, medaillon de lotte mitonnée de cocos algues et coquillages, poitrine de pigeon rôti jus aux épices douces tartelette de figues et oignons rouges, framboises et miel en dessert, madeleine et chantilly géranium rosat. This fine tradition warms the heart and the palate, with no false notes, and the cellar offers the whole region, from Bergerac to Bordeaux.
