A classic châtelain in the Bayeus countryside. In the seigneurial dining room, Samuel Gaspar's menu is not all about prestige, with a certain finesse that comes close to two toques: artichoke barigoule normande and bottarga, turbot au gratin with old Comté cheese and chard, Croisic seaweed, chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream. The bill is equally aristocratic, with an interesting five-course menu at €105.
