Philippe Etchebest's brasserie at the Grand Théâtre is a success. The food is well prepared and well served, with enthusiasm and professionalism. The standards set by the master with the flowery beard are respected, and the price for such a service - location, setting, service, quality of the plate - is justified: mushroom raviole with pan-fried foie gras and mushroom cream, 36 h pork belly with butternut condiment with kiwi hazelnut and spicy juice, excellent saint-honoré for dessert with vanilla chiboust, the whole sequence at 57 € makes for a good time.
