Gourmet Restaurant This is great news for Périgueux, which can look to Malo and Morgane as the revival of the local scene, a young, committed couple defending a high standard of gastronomy. In this pretty L-shaped room, the plates express a pleasant ambition: egg, extracted peas, osciètre caviar and focaccia, turbot on the bone, green asparagus under a saffron sabayon from Chantérac, Périgord black pork, Basillac black beans, wild garlic and pig jus, a dessert of smoked Périgord strawberries. Evening menu €57.
