A beautiful mountain chalet that unfurls its charms in summer and winter alike, with measured chic. Only five courses to enjoy the six dishes of the moment, including two desserts, which of course limits the risks and needs for the house: langoustine from Guilvinec in tartelette, wild blueberries, Crémant de Savoie granita, crème anglaise of head with lemon balm, red tuna in two courses (roasted ventrèche, loin in gravlax), roasted fig with orange honey, blackcurrant leaf cream, tart blackcurrant. Cellar adapted to a demanding clientele. Le P'tit Polyte's season will start up again in early December, and they will welcome Thomas Braghi at the helm. To be continued...
