Chef's Restaurant How sweet it is to rely on a great professional for a festive meal and a smooth stay! The Quinton family has been welcoming guests to their beautiful manor house for decades, and chef Franck knows the music of the beautiful Andaines forest surrounding the manor house by heart. With the excellent sommelier Yvon Lebailly operating in the dining room, the service is well under control and you can succumb to temptation: the croque champignon sorbet paris cremeux de crustacés, the lieu jaune haricots verts et moules marinière, the agneau de pré salé sous toutes ses coutures (leg in consommé with stilton, mouse, shoulder and collar in rillettes with the perfume of criste marine, the Cluizel chocolate creamy with laurel make a very interesting whole, with a beautiful imagination, always attached to Normandy. Dedicated, smooth service, rich cellar with extensive commentary.
