Big success for this fourth offering at the Château de la Gaude: an enticing izakaya under the direction of Milan Maffioli. The offer is vast and pleasant, for a well-informed clientele from Aix-en-Provence. Pleasant snacking with tempura, gyozas, chicken karaage, sushi, maki, nigiri and rolls, sashimi, ponzu tataki, and a few fusion ideas around ceviche, burgers, black cod miso... A lovely atmosphere in this subdued setting conducive to conviviality.
