Chef's Restaurant One of the city's most interesting far-flung cuisines: Kelly Rangama does more than just introduce diners to Reunionese cuisine, she brings creativity and personality to her dishes, which feature beautiful produce and well-matched flavors: shrimp obsiblue with bell pepper juice and harissa salad, monkfish tandoori with peas and passion fruit, and duck from Challans with turnip and cucumber form the backbone of a very appealing sequence. Four courses for €108 (upgradeable to six courses for €148), with a fine dessert featuring island vanilla, seasonal strawberries and a coconut praline, the toques are well deserved. The wines are well chosen, and you may be tempted by a tasting of one of Reunion's wonderful rums.
