A lovely mixed cuisine, between Réunion and Paris, imagined by Kelly Rangama with finesse and imagination. The distant orchid (faham) is emblematic of this bridge from one territory to another. Lunch menus are affordable (interesting sequence at €74), while the first evening menu at €116 is a fine incursion, with noble products: scallops and lemon caviar from Reunion with citrus vinaigrette, green asparagus muge with sauce vierge, back of hind pressed with potato and yellow wine béchamel jus corsé, creamy mango with coriander and yoghurt sorbet. Jérôme is the perfect host to advise on wines and rums.
