Chef's Restaurant Since June, the famous roadside restaurant between Pont l'Evêque and Lisieux has had new owners. Amy Terbrack and Samuel Weiss have every intention of maintaining the reputation and toques of this long-established establishment. The young Dutch-born chef is well-versed in seafood cuisine, and is already proving it on the first menus. Pending confirmation, we're keeping the two toques for this encouraging start, especially as some of the previous team have been retained.
