Remarkable Restaurant The table proves that the Île-de-France region also has its treasures and its terroir, showcasing all the riches of its countryside in bucolic walks through the valleys. Located not far from Versailles, the 4* Relais & Châteaux is a haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle, where chef Rémi Chambard showcases his technique and unearths the very best of the region's produce, which he turns into evocative menus of great finesse. The grand balade takes us all over the Île-de-France region, with belle de Fontenay, shallot and osciètre caviar, tomato and hyssop starter, trout confit with sorrel and lemon caviar, pike-perch with artichoke and coffee, mushrooms with agastache and onion confit, sweetbreads with mustard and chanterelle mushrooms, chocolate and grué, fig and raspberry dessert. Very good service.
