Remarkable Restaurant He is the leader of local gastronomy, and has been for years. Christophe Cosme continues to lead the Catalan dance with the same verve, and we're delighted every time we pass by, not only by this stability, but also by this perpetual movement in favor of local fishing, livestock and culture. There's also the sweetness of the fare and the almost fraternal atmosphere that makes it easy to savor the dishes in the mood of the moment, in a beautiful €79 sequence: asian radish transparency with dashi jelly, modern with fermented yuzu, regional pageot de ligne with bullinada juice and squid picada, veal primeur from the Pyrenees with Olette mushrooms and fresh outcomes with vanilla vacherin or citrus sorbet sorrel. Cave de grand connaisseur du vignoble proche, allowing us to showcase all those, particularly in the younger generations, who are doing good and doing it well.
