Gourmet Restaurant It's an indestructible Left Bank institution, simple and straightforward, committed to the production of an exemplary tradition, and nurtured by undeniable savoir-faire. The kitchens are now run by Dumonet's grandson, Adrien, who continues the family tradition. The dishes are as pleasurable as ever: stuffed morels, pumpkin velouté, pan-fried cod with piperade and jus, truffle omelette, tournedos Rossini, beef bourguignon with tagliatelle, veal liver with raspberry vinegar, pigeon millefeuille and confit legs. Suitable cellar.
